2. POLITICA DE ENVIOS
Español
Los pedidos en stock se entregan en la dirección facilitada al realizar la compra. El tiempo de entrega varía según el destino desde España:
- 72 horas —3 días laborables— para envíos a España, excepto Islas Baleares y Canarias.
- Entre 3 y 5 días laborables para destinos en Europa, Islas Baleares y Canarias.
- Entre 11 y 31 días —plazo estimado, sin contar trámites aduaneros— para destinos en territorios de ultramar o fuera de la Unión Europea.
Estos tiempos son aproximados y pueden variar dependiendo del volumen que gestione Correos o la empresa de envíos que seleccionemos.
Pedidos en reserva o preventa
Algunos productos pueden estar disponibles bajo reserva o preventa. En estos casos, la fecha estimada de envío estará indicada en la ficha del producto, en el título, descripción o información visible durante el proceso de compra.
Cuando un pedido incluya uno o varios productos en reserva, el pedido será enviado una vez que todos los artículos estén disponibles, salvo que EI&EF Spaces Spain indique o acuerde expresamente otra opción.
Las fechas de envío indicadas para productos en reserva son estimaciones basadas en la información facilitada por sellos discográficos, distribuidores o proveedores. Aunque trabajamos para cumplirlas, pueden producirse pequeños retrasos ajenos a EI&EF Spaces Spain, por ejemplo por demoras en la entrega del proveedor, retrasos logísticos, cambios de fecha de lanzamiento, asignaciones parciales de stock o incidencias de distribución.
En caso de que se produzca un retraso relevante en un producto en reserva, el cliente podrá contactar con nosotros en service@einef.es para recibir información actualizada sobre su pedido. La compra de un producto en reserva implica la aceptación de estas condiciones y de la fecha estimada de envío indicada en el momento de la compra.
Los plazos de entrega indicados anteriormente empezarán a contar desde el momento en que el pedido sea preparado y entregado a la empresa de transporte, no desde la fecha de compra en el caso de productos en reserva o preventa.
IMPORTANTE
En los envíos fuera de la Unión Europea y a Canarias, pueden aplicarse costes aduaneros en destino, de los cuales EI&EF Spaces Spain no se hace responsable. Es responsabilidad del cliente informarse y verificar la normativa y políticas aduaneras del país o territorio de destino antes de realizar la compra.
En caso de que el envío sea rechazado por no aceptar dichas condiciones aduaneras, se procederá al reembolso del importe del producto, quedando excluido el coste del envío, que no será reembolsado.

Orders are delivered to the address provided at the time of purchase. Delivery times vary depending on the destination from Spain:
- 72 hours —3 business days— for shipments within Spain, excluding the Balearic Islands and Canary Islands.
- 3 to 5 business days for destinations within Europe, including the Balearic Islands and Canary Islands.
- 11 to 31 days —estimated timeframe, excluding customs processing— for overseas territories or destinations outside the European Union.
These timeframes are approximate and may vary depending on the volume handled by Correos or the shipping company we select.
Preorders and reservation items
Some products may be available as preorders or reservation items. In these cases, the estimated shipping date will be indicated on the product page, in the title, description or visible product information during the purchase process.
When an order includes one or more preorder items, the order will be shipped once all items are available, unless EI&EF Spaces Spain expressly indicates or agrees otherwise.
The shipping dates shown for preorder items are estimates based on the information provided by record labels, distributors or suppliers. Although we always work to meet these dates, minor delays may occur for reasons outside the control of EI&EF Spaces Spain, including supplier delays, logistics delays, release date changes, partial stock allocations or distribution issues.
If a relevant delay occurs with a preorder item, the customer may contact us at service@einef.es to receive updated information about their order. Purchasing a preorder item implies acceptance of these conditions and of the estimated shipping date indicated at the time of purchase.
The delivery times stated above start from the moment the order is prepared and handed over to the shipping company, not from the date of purchase in the case of preorder or reservation items.
IMPORTANT
For shipments outside the European Union and to the Canary Islands, customs duties and import charges may apply at destination, for which EI&EF Spaces Spain is not responsible. It is the customer’s responsibility to review and comply with the customs regulations and import policies of the destination country or territory prior to placing an order.
If a shipment is rejected due to refusal to accept these customs conditions, a refund for the product amount will be issued, excluding shipping costs, which will not be refunded.

3. REFUND, RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
At EI&EF Spaces Spain, we work carefully to ensure that every order arrives correctly and that our customers are satisfied with their purchase. Below, we outline our returns, refunds and cancellation policy.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days after delivery of the order, provided that the item is in the same condition in which it was received: unused, undamaged, complete and in its original packaging.
To start a return, the customer must first contact our customer service team at service@einef.es, providing the order number and the reason for the request. Once the request has been received, we will indicate the steps to follow and, where applicable, provide the necessary instructions to complete the process.
Returns sent without prior contact or without following the instructions provided by our team will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error attributable to EI&EF Spaces Spain, such as receiving an incorrect item or a defective product.
Original shipping costs are not refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part or to a confirmed product defect.
Refunds
Once the returned product has been received, we will inspect it. If the item meets the conditions stated above, the corresponding refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
EI&EF Spaces Spain may withhold the refund until the returned product has been received or until the customer provides valid proof of return shipment, as applicable.
The product must be returned properly protected to prevent damage during transport. If the returned item arrives damaged due to insufficient packaging or improper handling during the return, EI&EF Spaces Spain may assess a partial deduction or reject the return, depending on the condition of the product received.
Order cancellations
If the customer wishes to cancel an order, they must first contact our customer service team at service@einef.es, providing the order number and the reason for the request.
Cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If the order has not yet been prepared, processed or handed over to the shipping company, we may process the cancellation and issue the corresponding refund.
If the order has already been prepared or shipped, it will not be possible to cancel it. In that case, the customer may request a return once the order has been delivered, following the procedure stated in this policy.
Cancellations of preorder or reservation items
Some products may be available as preorder or reservation items. In these cases, the estimated shipping date will be indicated on the product page, in the title, description or visible product information during the purchase process.
Purchasing a preorder item implies acceptance of the estimated shipping date indicated at the time of purchase. A preorder will not be considered delayed, not received or unfulfilled before the stated shipping date.
The shipping dates for preorder items are estimates based on information provided by record labels, distributors or suppliers. Although EI&EF Spaces Spain works to meet these dates, minor delays may occur for reasons beyond our control, such as supplier delays, release date changes, logistics delays, partial stock allocations or distribution issues.
If a relevant delay occurs, the customer may contact us at service@einef.es to receive updated information about their order or to review the available options.
If the customer wishes to cancel a preorder item, they must first request it by email at service@einef.es, providing the order number. Cancellations of preorder items will be reviewed provided that the order has not already been processed, prepared for shipment or handed over to the shipping company.
Opening a bank dispute, payment claim or chargeback without first contacting EI&EF Spaces Spain at service@einef.es is not considered the appropriate procedure to request a cancellation or resolve an issue. We always recommend contacting our customer service team first so we can provide a quick and direct solution.
Orders including available items and preorder items
When an order includes both available items and preorder items, the order will be shipped once all items are available, unless EI&EF Spaces Spain expressly indicates or agrees otherwise.
The delivery times stated in our shipping policy start from the moment the order is prepared and handed over to the shipping company, not from the date of purchase in the case of preorder or reservation items.
Damaged, defective or incorrect products
If the item received is damaged, defective or does not correspond to the product ordered, the customer must notify us at service@einef.es within 3 days after delivery, including the order number, a clear description of the issue and photographs of the product, the outer packaging and the protective materials used in the shipment.
In these cases, we will review the issue and offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, a return or a refund, as applicable and subject to availability.
We always aim to ensure that orders arrive well protected. We recommend keeping the original packaging in case of an issue, as it may be required to file a claim with the shipping company.
Non-returnable items
For reasons of hygiene, safety, licensing or the nature of the product, some items cannot be returned. This may include personalised products, downloadable digital items, sealed products that have been opened where a legal exception applies, or items expressly marked as non-returnable in the product description.
When a product has special return conditions, this information will be indicated on the product page.
